My name is Gilbert Rendon. I am a partner of RRC Construction and family man. Work and family has been a priority for me for many years. My wife Adrianne and my five kids, Bianca, Brooke, Jaden, Abigail and Grayson, have been my driving force to achieve my goals in all my businesses. 

My background has always been construction since I was a child helping my father in his construction company since I could lift a tool. There he taught me the ethics of hard work, quality assurance and to make sure all clients are happy at the completion of every project. I also have extensive experience in City Government, for the City of Midland and the City of Austin where my skills of doing inspections, environmental surveying and all housing programs developed by the City’s to assist in emergency repair, new housing development, rehabilitation of existing homes for the elderly and lower income families. I was also a homebuilder in Midland for many years, before starting RRC Construction in 2009. 

My experience and knowledge over the last 27 years has helped me as a business owner in the construction industry for the last 18 years. I have a proven record in operations and large scale construction projects, while promoting growth and improving process efficiencies. I am a creative and motivated owner with experience in overseeing daily business activities and improving overall business functions. I am a strong decision maker and have a successful client relationship portfolio. I have a proven track record to multi-task, utilize time management and conflict resolution skills to increase efficiencies. I have a positive attitude with proven leadership skills and the ability to develop successful team environments to apply to all my projects.
