Meet RRC’s Estimator, Ben Walters.

Ben has been working in the construction industry since 2013 and has been with RRC Construction for the last 4 years.

Ben estimates work by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. Then he estimates labor, material, and time required in order to compute the overall cost of the project.

Some of Ben's responsibilities would be to maintain relationships with the key vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers; manage job leads, prepare and submit proposals and bids for new work, prepare job folders for project managers on awarded bids, use any skills and talents for the betterment of the company when called upon, and learn how to use project management software in order to teach others.
